Who runs this

emaila.gent is a personal project built and operated by an individual. It is not a company or legal entity.

Service provided as-is

This service is provided as-is, with no warranty, guarantee of availability, or service-level agreement. It may be modified, suspended, or shut down at any time without notice.

What data is stored

• Account info — your email address and account metadata, kept while your account is active.
• Agent workspace — files, notes, code, and memories on your agent volumes. These are private to you on isolated sandbox volumes.
• Execution metadata — cost, timing, status, and turn counts for each execution. Retained indefinitely for service operation and your execution history.
• Execution content — email subjects, bodies, and agent logs stored in execution records. Automatically purged after 30 days. This powers the retry feature and execution detail view while data exists.
• Pending emails — emails from unverified users, automatically deleted after 2 days.
• Unverified accounts — automatically deleted after 2 days of inactivity.

What is not stored

Raw inbound email content is not persisted in the database after processing. It flows through to your agent sandbox, which processes it and writes results to your private volume. The execution record stores a summary (subject and body) which is auto-purged after 30 days.

Third-party services

Your data flows through the following services during normal operation:

• Anthropic — Claude AI processes your requests (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy)
• Deno Deploy — hosts the application and sandbox execution environments
• Resend — handles inbound and outbound email delivery

Aggregated data

Anonymized, aggregated usage metrics (total executions, average cost, error rates) may be used for product development. Individual user content is never accessed for this purpose.

This service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the service. You use emaila.gent at your own risk.
